Schools Out Camps

We will offer Schools Out Camps at Inspire on days that local schools are closed. We have tried to base these days off both the Harrisonburg City School Schedule and the Rockingham County SChool Schedule. Schools Out Camps will be vailable from 7am-6pm on the days listed below unless inclement weather occurs and we need to shorten the day.

Our Schools Out Camps are available to any student for the cost of $40 per day (see below for discounts).

Discounts Given:

• $15 off for our current home location after-school students
• $10 off for our curren school site after-school students

Subsidy Approved Students:

If you student is approved for subsidy, there is a $10 out of pocket cost per student. Subsidy will cover the rest.

We have very limited spots on these days and spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Payment in full is due for each day you sign up for.

We provide 2 snacks each day, but each child needs to bring a water bottle and a packed lunch (nut and peanut free).

When schools (Harrisonburg City or Rockingham County) close for snow or inclement weather we will offer a Snow Day Camp at Inspire. The only time we will NOT offer a snow day camp is if Rockingham County Schools also announce that 12 month employees should not report. In that case, the roads are bad enough that we do not want our employees traveling either. Our regular hours are 7am to 6pm however that may change due to road conditions. Announcement will be made on our social media, email, and WHSV.

Our Schools Out Camps (including our inclement weather ones) are available to any student. To attend our Schools Out Camps, make sure each of your children have an iclasspro account and you have submitted the required documenation for enrollment prior to the day of. You will register each child through iclasspro for each time there is a camp.
